Mikula has four million followers on TikTok.

In October of 2021, Mikula deliberately started a high speed chase with law enforcement.

Mikula was driving a Dodge Challenger.

The Dodge Challenger can hit speeds in excess of 140 miles per hour.

Mikula did a smoking burn out at a stop sign to attract police attention.

A police cruiser was stopped behind his vehicle.

Mikula then led police on a 100 mile per hour chase.

Mikula ignored signals from law enforcement to stop.

Mikula finally stopped in his neighborhood.

Mikula explained to police that because of his half million dollars a year income that he was able to do what he wanted.

Police towed his vehicle.

Mikula was charged wit eluding police, reckless driving and racing.

In 2020, Black entered a guilty plea to a firearms charge picked up at the U.S. Canadian border.

Black, as of the date of this post, is serving a federal sentence for lying on a federal paperwork.

In October, 2020 Black was transferred from the federal penitentiary at Big Sandy to Thompson, a federal prison in Illinois.

Both were high security facilities.

Black had filed suit to better his living conditions at Big Sandy.

The Feds indicated that the transfer was planned before the suit was filed, not in response to the suit.

UFC Fighter Desmond Green charged with DUI

Desmond Green is a lightweight MMA fighter who was involved in a two fatality motor vehicle accident in August of 2018.

Green was charged in June of 2019 for that crash which resulted in 20 charges including DUI Manslaughter.

According to police, Green’s vehicle was out of control when it forced a tractor trailer to crash into other vehicles.  Two women were killed in the resulting multiple vehicle accident.

Green’s lawyer indicated that there is no proof that Green was under the influence of any drugs or alcohol and no proof that he caused the accident.

Although police did find cocaine in Green’s blood, Green’s lawyer indicated that there was no drugs in his blood and no alcohol.  Defense counsel also indicated that the truck was out of control, struck Green  and caused the accident.

Squidward Tentacles Busted For DWI:  Roger Albert Bumpass, who was born on November 20, 1951, provides the voice for Squidward Tentacles.  Bumpass also provides the voices for Dr. Gill Gilliam and some of the anchovies that appear in the series.  In January of 2016, Bumpass was arrested for DWI.  According to law enforcement a PT Cruiser was observed stopped in the middle of a roadway around 11:00 p.m.  A man was observed leaning against the vehicle.  When police approached, the man, later identified as Bumpass, attempted to walk away.  Police indicated that he was unsteady on his feet and almost fell.  The police interrogated Bumpass and got him to confess that he had been operating the vehicles moments before they arrived.  The police convinced Bumpass to attempt a field sobriety test to generate additional evidence against Bumpass.  The field sobriety tests are designed for failure.  Bumpass was tested, probably by breath, and was more than twice the legal limit.  Since Bumpass is 65 years old he could not “pass” the field sobriety tests on his best day.  According to the original validation studies no one over 60 years of age was a candidate for these “tests”.  #SquidwardTentaclesBustedForDWI

NBA Rookie Jahlil Okafor Charged For Reckless Driving:  Jahlil Okafor has been leading a storied life so far but he is now encountering the criminal justice system.  Okafor went to high school in the Chicago, Illinois area.  He lead his high school to the Chicago Public School Championship.  Okafor was given all sorts of accolades, trophies and awards.  Colleges recruited him with great intensity.  Okafor is one inch shy of seven feet tall but moves with the finesse and speed of a much smaller man.  Okafor ended up going to Duke.  At Duke he lead his team to the ACC Championship.  Once again he received all sorts of accolades, trophies and awards.  After leading Duke to the 2015 National Championship Okafor announced for the 2015 NBA Draft.  Okafor was drafted by the Philadephia 76ers.  He attended the Summer NBA Program and scored 20 points in his first summer game.  When Okafor came up to the NBA he scored a double double, more than 20 points scoring and more than 10 rebounds.  #NBARookieJahlilOkaforChargedForRecklessDriving

NBA Rookie Jahlil Okafor Charged For Reckless Driving: Okafor was stopped for driving over 100 miles per hour on Benjamin Franklin Bridge that links Philadelphia with Camden, New Jersey.  At the location he was stopped the posted speed limit is 45 miles per hour.  Okafor was charged with reckless driving and excessive speed.  Okafor has also gotten involved in other negative activities like street fights.

The 76ers released this statement about Okafor’s mindset:

“I will say this. When you look at Jahlil, he most definitely is pained. He is not proud of what has come out in the national media. The people that really know Jahlil know that at his core he is a good person. When you look at his face now, when you talk about it, and I talk daily with him, and he is pained. It’s just one more example of, he’s pained because he cares enough, he’s smart enough, he knows he messed up. We’re going to help him through this. We’re with him. Right now, he’s probably in a personal bad spot, kind of as he should be We are with Jah. He’s mine, he’s ours. In a weird way I’m sort of privileged to have the responsibility to help him.

“That’s not Jahlil. That isn’t Jahlil. Everybody can get caught in a bad spot. All of us. And he was. He regrets it. In a strange way maybe this is a turning point for him, to get hit on such a repetitive basis that maybe it’s just that much more dramatic. Maybe the point is made more violently and viciously. This is, right now, a situation that we have to talk through and help him. He will come out just fine, I’m confident of that. We’re very proud to have him as one of us.
