Delmarco Craig aka The Big Homie was arrested in June of 2021 for displaying an illegal machine gun on social media.

TBH is a convicted felony so he is prohibited from possessing any firearms, much less a fully automatic one.

The Feds claim to have linked a firearm believed to belong to TBH to seven shootings.

Police claim that a Glock pistol possessed by TBH on instagram has been converted to fully automatic fire.

TBH is being held without bond and is facing a 10 year maximum confinement in federal prison.

TBH’s lawyer indicated that the facade of the rap industry put the firearms in the videos and that the rappers were not thugs.

The ATF in Detroit is managing the case against TBH.

Premier Harrisonburg Reckless Driving Lawyer:  Timothy Tyler Andrew Walker is a former NASCAR racing driver.  Walker was in the news in mid-March, 2015 for being late to his sentencing hearing.  Walker had been previously convicted of offenses arising from a 150 mile per hour car chase in which Walker led police through three southwestern states.  When Walker showed up 45 minutes late for his sentencing hearing the sitting Judge had Walker arrested.

Premier Harrisonburg Reckless Driving Lawyer: Walker entered a guilty plea in December, 2014 to a number of traffic and criminal offenses to avoid incarceration.  Walker plead guilty to and was found guilty of felony failure to stop for police, felony drug possession, misdemeanor impaired driving, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.  Walker’s deal which contained no active jail time may be changed due to his failure to appear in court as scheduled.  He may end up with active jail time after all.

Premier Harrisonburg Reckless Driving Lawyer:  Walker was arrested by Utah state police after Walker led police from Nevada, through Arizona and into Utah.  Part of the chase involved traveling in the Virgin River Gorge.  Walker was suspended from NASCAR racing in 2007 because of drug use.

Walker’s failure to appear as scheduled may have ruined his sweetheart deal.  Courts do not appreciate convicted defendants not showing up in a timely fashion.  Walker was most certainly out on bond pending sentencing.  One bond condition is to appear in a timely fashion.  Hopefully Walker will get help for his drug/alcohol problem.
